So when and where is the wedding? What should I wear? How do I get there? What should I bring?
Calm down, and take a deep breath. We still have -9743 hours before the wedding starts. These and many other questions we shall answer below and throughout the site. So, let's get started with some of the basics...
Saturday, September 1, 2007 (-406 days from now) at 2:00pm.
The wedding will be held at First Baptist Church in Sanger, Texas. You can click here for directions.
The reception will be held immediately following the wedding in the Fellowship Hall at First Baptist Church in Sanger. There will be cookies, snacks, cake, and an open ice cream bar. Take time to look at the slide show that will be playing and help us start our family time capsule.
We were initially hoping that we would be able to use the church's new multi-purpose building for the reception. However, although great progress has been made in the new facility, it is not yet ready for hosting events.
At the reception, we will be starting our family time capsule. Guests are invited to bring small momentos that will have meaning to the bride and groom. Examples of items include photographs, newspaper clippings, or items with symbolic meaning. We'll also have a table set up where guests can write notes to be placed in the time capsule if they so choose. On our first anniversary, we will open and go through the time capsule. At that point, new items will be placed inside, and we will not open it again until our 5th anniversary. We plan to repeat the process on every 5th anniversary thereafter. Special thanks to Olan Gooch and Warren Edgerly for making our time capsule!
Many, many people have helped us in the process of planning our wedding and preparing for marriage. Due to numbers and privacy concerns we are not going to list all these people here. However, feel free to follow the links to find out more about Brandon Parker, Cheryl-Annette Kincaid, and the rest of the wedding party.
We have coordinated with a local hotel to get a block of rooms at a group rate. Please call or e-mail us for details.
